Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Gentle Yoga classes attempt to serve a variety of distinct needs: people with movement limitations, or classes attempt to serve a variety of distinct needs: people with movement limitations, or profound stiffness due to lack of activity; relief from disabilities and chronic conditions e.g., arthritis, back pain and other muscular-skeletal issues; recovery from surgery, illness or injury; for seniors, new practitioners, women who are pregnant and those seeking stress-reduction or weight management.

Vinyasa Yoga  sequence is a full length yoga class. You will warm up with sun salutations, then you will move through a complete practice of stretching, balancing, twisting, strengthening your core and resting.

Restorative Yoga  The teacher will arrange for the necessary props to be available to you. After you are set up you will hold the pose for an extended period, often up to ten to twenty minutes. Although you are supported, you will definitely still feel the stretch. It's a relaxing style of practice.

Power Flow Yoga  is a general term used in the West to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style yoga.

Core Ballet: This class blends ballet barre conditioning, yoga postures, mat work and strength training exercises to create a lean physique while improving flexibility, balance and core strength.
