Natalie Danelski

I was born and raised in Kearny, New Jersey, my husband and I moved to Florida to join our daughter and her family in 2001.    I’ve been practicing yoga for many, many years and became a certified yoga instructor about eleven years ago. I have taught in several studios in and around the New Port Richey area over the years.. I have studied in New York City with Judith Hanson Lasater, one of the founders of Yoga Journal , and  a renowned teacher on the staff at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Massachusetts, Ana Forrest, the founder of Forrest Yoga and an internationally recognized pioneer in yoga.Sarah Powers, the founder and author of Insight Yoga and a renowned Yin Yoga instructor also on the staff of the Kripalu Center.  I also have studied, Weight Management for Health and Fitness, Nutrition and Anti Aging and Yoga for the 50 Plus.
My belief is that anyone can do yoga, it’s never too late to start.  I believe that when you find an instructor that you feel comfortable with, and safe with, the sky is the limit.  Yoga is a journey, a lifestyle, and it’s never too late to start the journey.

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga  

I love making yoga available to all by practicing and teaching with honesty, integrity, mindfulness, acceptance, and of course a little humor!  I teach a core centered Hatha/Vinyasa style of yoga. This style blends traditional Hatha Yoga with the creative and intuitive style of practice of Vinyasa Yoga.  
In class, we will work together on the breath and the fundamentals of the physical practice, while you discover new ways to move within and between the postures. You will learn to practice from the ground up, incorporating your core strength into your practice.  This creates a stronger, lighter and more flexible you, on and off your mat!  We will practice variations of the Sun Salutations as a warm-up, followed by standing sequences, balancing poses, seated poses, and ending the class with relaxation (ahhh).  The class provides variations and modifications for different abilities and is suitable for those who are newer to yoga as well as those who have practiced before.
I grew up exposed to yoga and meditation from a very young age.  I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner and student for over 15 years.  I have studied, and continue to study, with a number of gifted teachers in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles.  My Ashtanga-based Teacher Training was with the lovely Ally Ford in Clearwater, FL.  My certification to teach Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga was with the fabulous Sadie Nardini of New York City.  I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

Angela Brunda

My name is Angela, and I have dedicated my life to the study of Yoga.   I have been practicing for about 19 years, and teaching for nearly 5 years.  About 9 months ago I made the decision to leave my career and venture out to teaching yoga full-time.   My forte for practice is Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, but I throughly enjoy introducing Iyengar practice to students to help them gain body awareness through balance and Isometrics.  I received my RYT 200 training at the Adiaya Yoga Sanctuary in downtown St. Pete, and currently teach at more than a dozen different locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Tropicana Field for the Tampa Bay Rays family.  I also assist many students in the privacy of their home with wellness of the mind through meditation and cognitive restoration.  
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of South Florida, and a certificate of Linguistics from New York University.
I feel so lucky to be able to live a lifestyle in which I take such pride, and get such reward in helping others do the same.  I respect and honor each individual student, and love working with so many different walks of life.

I was born and raised in Indiana.  I was a firefighter for  many years.  My family and I moved to Florida in 2001 to pursue new opportunities.  I found Yoga myself, seeking relief from previous back injuries.  I had been practicing Yoga for many years before I decided to become a Yoga teacher.  My style of Yoga is to help others understand and respect their bodies based on their individual situations.  I believe that a persons practice and lifestyle lead to a more peaceful life.  I know through  practice and meditation, one can find their own inner peace.   My intentions are to be empowering, inspiring, and compassionate.

Audrey Mistal,  RYT 200

Audrey has study with highly qualified teachers and after several years of mentoring she felt inspired to share her passion with the community and become a yoga teacher herself.  She is passionate about sharing her love of yoga.

Audrey is a certified Yoga instructor of 200 RYT level graduate of Prana Vinyasa with Yoga Alliance in Hatha and Gentle Yoga. She has completed Teacher training for Seniors and Yoga Anatomy. 

She believes yoga is a life long journey that is physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and she encourages all students to seek peace and Harmony in their lives.Teaches Restorative Yoga, Restorative classes are usually very relaxing and are a good complement to more active practices. The teacher will arrange for the necessary props to be available to you.  The lights may be dimmed and if it is chilly, you may be covered with a blanket since you will not be warming up the body the way you would be in a regular class. After you are set up in a pose with all your props, you will hold the pose for an extended period, often up to ten to twenty minutes.  Although you are supported, you will definitely still fee; the stretch.  It's a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling open and refreshed.
