I found my passion for yoga when I took prenatal yoga while dealing with a trauma. The natural healing power of one's mind, body, and spirit was so invigorating that I had to share and teach this happy lifestyle change to others. I received my 200 RYT yoga certification through Yoga Alliance, I am a certified personal trainer through ACE, and I have my Holistic Practitioner degree. My style of teaching is a Hatha/Vinyasa flow and Power yoga with a unique spin. We are the ones that can bring balance to our lives. My goal is to help people learn how to live a stress free, healthy, positive lifestyle by helping clients find the root cause of their issue instead of suppressing it. I end each session with a guided meditation. The calmness of one's mind can bring balance to one's mind, body, and spirit. I truly believe positive thoughts create positive outcomes. You can't live a positive life with a negative mind.
